1. Overview
Lyfe-OS (“Lyfe-OS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a productivity and personal wellness application developed by Orbits Lab. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, when it is shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.
By using Lyfe-OS, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.
2. Information We Collect
The information handled by Lyfe-OS depends on the features you use and whether you use the app as a guest or as an authenticated user.

Lyfe-OS does not use location/GPS, contacts or microphone recording for its core app functionality according to the current audited implementation. The app may request access to the camera/image picker for selecting or taking a profile picture; profile pictures are held transiently and are not uploaded by the audited implementation.
3. Health, Fitness & Wellness Information
Lyfe-OS includes wellness features that may involve information such as body measurements, activity, workouts, nutrition, hydration and estimated calories. Some of this information may be sensitive under applicable privacy laws.
Lyfe-OS uses this information to provide tracking, calculations, progress views and wellness-oriented features. These features are informational only and are not medical services.
Important: Lyfe-OS does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services or professional medical advice. Do not rely on Lyfe-OS as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
4. How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate and maintain user accounts.
- To provide tasks, habits, goals, reminders, nutrition, hydration and wellness features.
- To synchronize supported data across authenticated sessions and devices.
- To calculate and display app-generated estimates such as calorie or progress metrics.
- To understand app usage, improve reliability and improve product features.
- To provide and measure advertising and attribution where applicable.
- To respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Service Providers & Data Sharing
We use third-party services to operate Lyfe-OS. These providers may process information on our behalf or as described in their own privacy terms.
- Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore synchronization and Firebase Analytics.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: Advertising, ad measurement and related advertising identifiers. The current app implementation requests personalized advertising.
- Meta / Facebook SDK: App events, attribution and advertising-related measurement, including advertising identifier collection as configured in the app.
- USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts: Food-search queries used to retrieve nutrition information.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and terms. Their handling of information is also governed by those policies where applicable.
6. Analytics & Advertising
Lyfe-OS uses Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events to understand product usage and engagement. Lyfe-OS also uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising.
The audited app configuration requests personalized ads and declares the Android advertising ID permission. Advertising and analytics providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses and usage information as permitted by their policies and applicable law.
Where applicable, advertising consent and privacy choices may be required by regional law. Lyfe-OS may update its consent mechanisms as required by applicable platform or advertising policies.
7. Storage & Security
Lyfe-OS uses local device storage, including AsyncStorage, for local-first app data. Authenticated non-guest accounts synchronize supported productivity, nutrition and hydration data with Cloud Firestore.
Network communications with our cloud and external services are transmitted over encrypted connections where supported by those services. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account and synchronized data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, unless applicable law requires or permits a different period.
When a valid account-deletion request is received, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated data that we control, subject to information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Deletion requests are handled through our Account Deletion page.
Clearing “Reset All Data” inside the current app implementation clears local device storage only; it does not by itself delete a Firebase account or remote Firestore documents.
9. Your Choices & Privacy Requests
- You may sign out of your account from within the app.
- You may manage or delete individual supported items using the app's available controls.
- You may request account and associated data deletion through our Account Deletion page.
- You may contact us for privacy questions, access requests, corrections or other privacy-related inquiries.
10. Children
Lyfe-OS is intended for users aged 13 or older. The app is not designed or marketed specifically for children. If local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that requirement applies.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. International Processing
Third-party providers used by Lyfe-OS may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Such processing may be subject to the privacy laws and safeguards applicable to the relevant provider and jurisdiction.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, laws or our data practices change. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Lyfe-OS after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service to the extent permitted by law.
